男, 1983年，博士，教授，硕士生导师。Acta Tropica，Microbiology Spectrum，Infectious Diseases Research,《中国血吸虫病防治》编委，imeta青年编委。从事疟疾耐药分子流行病学、致病机制、诊断及治疗研究。主持完成科研项目21项，其中国自然1项，省部级2项。发表SCI论文71篇，他引1920次，H指数19。主编并在Springer出版英文专著2部，教材1部、参编教材3部。获湖北省级科技进步二等奖2项。
